Each lampshade is handmade to order, if not already in stock, and will be sent 5-10 business days from payment if the fabric is in stock.  I will contact you if I need to order the fabric in, as this will take 10-14 business days to send out to you.




Please allow a further 3 days for delivery.  If we have current stock in your size, we will let you know.  We will notify you once your lampshade has been despatched.


Standard shipping is by Royal Mail, second class and signed for so we are sure it has reached you safely.  We can arrange for first class delivery, so please choose this option on check out.


If you require your lampshade sooner, or as a matter of creative urgency, please get in touch as we can offer a next day studio session and a next day (after that) delivery service so you can receive your order within 48 hours.  Please note that this is subject to busy times, holidays and studio capacity so give us a ring first!


Each lampshade is carefully packaged within a strong double-walled box for safe travelling.


We only currently ship to the UK.




We want you to love your new shade, be proud to show it off, and cherish it for a long time so we ensure each shade despatched is of the highest quality and in beautiful condition when it leaves the studio.


The pattern colours may vary slightly in real life to what you see on-line but they should be a fair similarity.  Each shade is made uniquely, and may vary in pattern placement to the one displayed.


If your lampshade arrives and you are not 100% happy with the original design, colour or condition of your item, please email or phone us within 7 days of receiving the shade and we will be happy to look into the issue, and rectify it as quickly as possible.


Refunds will be made within 3 working days of emailing you once we have received and checked the item.




If your item makes you unhappy, we will gladly refund it for you as per the returns policy.  Once we have received and checked the item we will let you know within 2 working days. Assuming that the unwanted item is in good condition, as per despatched, we will issue a refund.


Bespoke/Extra Large/Over-sized Lampshades


All lampshades that are considered ‘bespoke’ and designed only for you, and especially as per your instructions are non-returnable unless faulty (see below).

This does not include lampshade designs we host on our website, it is for your own designs and fabric that we can use to make up your lampshade.


Extra Large (50cm, 70cm) and over-sized (100cm diameter – currently unavailable) shades are made as bespoke lampshades and so please measure carefully before purchasing them – they are non-returnable unless they are faulty as we do not currently stock these sizes readily.

Faulty Item


Please return it in its original packaging, and in the condition you received it, and we will happily look at the damage and replace the item should the fabric be in stock.  We will inform you of any unavailability of fabric as soon as possible.




Unfortunately we cannot refund postage unless the item is faulty or not as ordered.  The cost of returning the item is the responsibility of the customer, and returning the item is at your own risk – if the item is lost or further damaged in the post we cannot offer a refund.


A few things to consider:


You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession.


If you return goods claiming they are defective, we will examine the returned goods and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time, but please be aware of any holidays planned.


Please note that this policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Currently, we only deliver to UK addresses. If you are an international customer and just have to have one of our shades, please get in touch and we can arrange delivery for you as a special order.
